Sometimes you will want to tinker around with the accessories you pun on your emoji. You do this by tapping the "Adjust" option on the toolbar. Upon this, the lower part of your screen will change to something like this:

This is the adjustment screen which gives you control over various parameters of the options you chose for your emoji. First, you will have to select the item you'd like to adjust. You can do this by either tapping on the desired item or a facial feature itself on the screen, or by choosing its category from the category selection strip below. Note that if you have multiple items very close to or overlapping each other, it might be difficult to select by tapping on the image - for example, since in the picture above we have sunglasses completely covering our dog's eyes, we can't select eyes by tapping on the image as glasses will be in the way - in which case you should use the category selection strip.

Once you've made your selection, you can adjust it in several ways:

-Move: you can move the selection into the position you want. This can be performed in two ways: by tapping and holding your finger on the selection and then dragging it, or by using the directional arrows below the category selection strip. Note the grey lines framing the emoji; these are boundaries of your emoji, and you can't move objects outside of them.

-Resize: you can change the size of the selected object by tapping the "+" or "-" keys. Like moving, this operation must respect the boundaries as well and as such there is a limit to how big an object can be.

-Change opacity: with this option, you can add a degree of transparency to the selected object. This will be most useful if, for example, you want to add a speech bubble but still show what's behind it, or if you want to make your pet's eyes more visible behind glasses.

If you don't like the way your adjustments turned out, press "CANCEL" to fully cancel them and leave the adjustment menu, or "RESET" to revert the changes without leaving the adjustment menu, allowing you to try again immediately. Finally, by tapping "SAVE" you can commit your adjustments.
